A flagship programme
A stronger club for women and girls
Rovers is growing opportunities for women and girls across the club — more teams, better visibility, stronger pathways and a club culture where girls and women feel welcome, respected and part of the future. This is not a side programme. It is part of the club we are building.
Why it matters
The same opportunity to play, develop and lead
Football gives players confidence, friendships, fitness, discipline and a place to belong. Girls and women deserve the same opportunity to play, develop and lead.
When young players can see girls and women wearing the Rovers shirt, coaching, competing and contributing, the whole club becomes stronger.
From first game to senior football
A pathway girls can see
The goal is simple. Give girls a clear place to start, a reason to stay, and a senior pathway they can see. That means supporting girls in MiniRoos and Juniors, continuing to build women's teams, and making sure the programme is visible across the club.
Support the growth of Women and Girls football
Sponsors and partners can help with equipment, coaching support, events, facilities, uniforms and promotion. If your business wants to support inclusive local sport, this is a practical place to make a difference.
